The Italian Direzione Generale Archivi (General Directorate of Archives) has recently revised and revamped the Antenati site. If you want to see their entire list of holdings for Modugno, click here. There are 496 folders in total - sometimes a year is divided into multiple folders or has a separate folder with the index - broken down as follows:
Improvements to the new site include faster image loading, although downloading a full-size image requires some technical knowledge. The DGA plans to add this functionality at a later date.
If a particular year has name-indexed records (currently, just births from 1875-1891) you can see the names and get a link to a specific image containing the record with that name.

FamilySearch has also undergone a recent facelift. Although they are responsible for filming the records displayed on Antenati (as well as for the name indexing), there are some unexplainable differences between the Antenati holdings and the FamilySearch holdings.
There are two different collections of Modugno records available at FamilySearch. The first is the Bari state archive collection, which mostly mirrors the holdings at Antenati, with some notable exceptions. First, the holdings are not divided into separate time periods. Second, there are several years of records available in FamilySearch that are not available in Antenati:
Due to contractual obligations imposed by the DGA, the images in the Bari state archive collection may only be viewed at a Family History Center or a FamilySearch Affiliate Library.
FamilySearch has a second collection of Modugno records that are not subject to viewing restrictions, called the Bari Tribunale collection. These are records that were filmed while in the custody of the Bari Tribunale (district court), which holds the second copies of records for a certain period of time before they are ultimately deposited with the state archive. These records cover years between 1866 and 1945. Due to Italian privacy restrictions, generally birth records less than 100 years old and marriage and death records less than 70 years old are not made available to the public. So although the collection includes birth records through 1929, the birth records after 1921 cannot be viewed currently. Similarly, because the allegati scans are a mix of birth, marriage, and death records that cannot easily be sorted, the allegati for years after 1921 are not available for viewing.
Here are the items available in the Tribunale records:
And then, there are Tribunale records that are not in the published collection or in the catalog entry, but are in the "Historical Images" section of FamilySearch. Here you can find the 1936-1945 death and marriage records (searching for Modugno also brings up records for Palese, once a village/frazione of Modugno but with its own registration office, then incorporated into the city of Bari in 1929).
